You can make a public listing of what you're wanting to trade and share the link wherever, you just won't be automatically matched with other people and can't propose trades. You can convert it into an account later.

This is currently just a hobby project by a LOONA fan. The idea came after witnessing/partaking in the utter chaos of #objekt-trade chat, and I realised this might be a nice test bed for the generalised trade matching idea I've had in my backpocket for a while. The VennSwap name came about while I was building this as there was way more complex set theory involved than I'd initially anticipated.

I'm not affiliated with Modhaus, Polygon, or BBC. The 'Objekt' name belongs to Modhaus (or at least I assume it does? I dunno, I haven't actually checked and I'm not a Korean IP lawyer).

Built on PocketBase for the backend and modified Classless.css for UI styling. Otherwise the stack is pure static HTML/CSS/JS with no other web frameworks, as this was also a test bed for a near-zero build dependency pattern I wanted to try to develop in parallel. I'll also do a write up of that at some point for those interested.

I own a provisional patent on the primary technology underlying this platform, ie the generalised multidimensional set-intersection matching algorithm and data model enabling it to be performant in real-time.

The blue sky intent for this platform is to enable trading on a broader scope, where Objekts just happen to be the first application of it. This isn't really a web3 utility focused project so for broader functionality specifically for the cosmo and Objekt ecosystem check out apollo.cafe.

Credit and thank you to Kairu for use of the apollo.cafe indexer for the import of Objekt types.

No generative AI was used to assist in writing my source code.
